Score overrides

Score overrides are available where configured, and an override is recorded with its reason so the exception stays visible on the case.

Configuration must match the client's written criteria, permissible purpose, program requirements, and applicable law. Not all options are available or appropriate for every client.

Talk through your criteria

Configure the factors that matter to the program.

Income

Income to rent, income to debt, income to debt including rent, no credit-report handling, and an optional fail-scorecard rule. Examples: count or percent, lookback period, minimum ratio.

Credit

Credit score, delinquent accounts, collections and charge-offs, mortgage accounts, rental collections, utility collections, bankruptcy records, lien records, judgment records. Examples: ignore medical, ignore student loans, ignore paid collections, lookback period.

Criminal records

Pass (include in score), info only (not scored), review (manual review), fail section (affects category), fail scorecard (overall fail). Examples: lookback period, exclude certain records, reason code.

Eviction records

Separate outcomes when records are flagged versus a search being flagged. Pass, review, info only, fail section, or fail scorecard based on your workflow. Examples: lookback period, include or exclude records, reason code.

Verifications

Residential verification and employment verification, each set to pass, review, info only, fail section, or fail scorecard where configured. Examples: verification method, lookback period, reviewer instructions.

Configuration must match the client's written criteria, permissible purpose, program requirements, and applicable law. Not all options are available or appropriate for every client.

Present the right summary for each screening program.

Report format and included searches depend on the client's package, program, and configuration.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

It is the decision-support layer over a completed report: results are presented against the criteria configured for your organization, so a reviewer sees how an applicant lines up with your standard instead of interpreting raw data case by case.

Give every reviewer a clearer path from results to decision.
